Your profile is the first thing your audience sees—make it memorable! WithMe makes it easy to personalize your page with a profile picture, custom banner, and bio that reflects your brand or personality. Here’s how to update everything in just a few clicks:
🛠 Step-by-Step Guide
Go to your www.withme.so
Log in to your WithMe account and head to your Dashboard .
Click "My Hub"
On the left-hand side, find and click on "My Hub".
Click the Pencil Icon ✏️
Next to your profile picture and name at the top, click the pencil/edit icon to begin editing.
Update the Profile Fields
Fill in or update the following sections:
📸 Profile Picture
Upload a photo of yourself or your brand. This is what your audience will see first.
Click on the image icon.
Update profile image -you can crop,reset, upload and browse your image.
(Recommended: JPG, PNG; Max 4MB; 300x300px recommended )
Click on "update Profile Image" to save changes
🖼 Banner Image(only applicable for App/hub theme)Add a custom banner to make your page visually appealing. (Recommended: 1800px by 300px)
📝 Display NameSet the name you want your followers to see. Read more here
💬 BioWrite a short intro about who you are, what you offer, or what your audience can expect from you.
Scroll Down and Click "Save Changes"
After making your edits, scroll to the bottom and hit "Save Changes" to publish your updates.
🔗Add Social Links (Storefront only)
Increase trust and make it easy for your audience to find you across platforms — now you can display your social icons directly under your bio on the Storefront theme. This shows your full social presence in one place and helps turn visitors into followers and customers.
Note: This feature is available only on the Storefront theme.
How to add social links (quick steps)
Go to My Hub in your Creator Dashboard.
Click the pencil icon next to your profile picture to open Header tab.
Scroll down to Social Links and click the Add social links dropdown.
Select the social network you want to add (Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, X, Facebook, you own website etc.).
Paste the full profile URL.
Repeat to add more links.
Click Save changes at the bottom of the page to publish your icons under your bio.
🎉 That’s it! Your updated profile is now live—polished, personal, and perfectly you.
✅ Preferred Image Size & Ratio
To make sure your profile looks great across all themes:
Use a 1:1 ratio (perfect square) for most themes
If you’re using the Spotlight theme, go for a 2:1 vertical ratio instead
🛠️ Troubleshooting Tips
If your image looks blurry, off-center, or just doesn’t seem right, here are a few things to check:
Make sure the file is in .jpeg or .png format
Image resolution should be at least 600 x 600 pixels for best clarity
Try a different photo if it still doesn’t look right
