The Integrations tab is where you connect WithMe to other tools, like Zapier, Make, your own server, or an AI assistant such as Claude. 💡 It isn't on every account yet: you'll only see it in your Settings if your account has the Creator API turned on.
🔑 Where to Find the Integrations Tab
On desktop, click Settings in the sidebar. On your phone, tap More > Settings & account. Then choose Integrations. If you don't see Integrations, the Creator API isn't turned on for your account.
Inside, you'll find the API Keys and Webhooks tabs, plus a View API Documentation link with all the details of the Creator REST API.
If a payment on your account is late, or you're still in your trial and haven't paid yet, the Integrations tab is blocked. You'll be asked to complete payment before you can use API Keys or Webhooks.
🗝️ Creating & Revoking API Keys
API keys let external tools connect to your WithMe account through the Creator REST API. Here's how to make one:
Open the API Keys tab.
Type a name for the key, for example the tool you'll use it with.
Click Create API Key.
Copy the full key straight away and keep it somewhere safe. You won't be able to see it again.
After that, your key is listed with its name, key prefix, created date and last used date. The full key is never shown again.
To stop a key working, click Revoke next to it, then click Confirm? to finish. Revoked keys move to a separate Revoked Keys list that shows when each one was revoked. If you think a key has been shared by mistake, revoke it and create a new one. 🛡️
⏱️ Creator API requests are limited to 10 requests every 10 seconds. If you go over, you'll get an error until the limit window resets.
🤖 Connecting an AI Assistant (MCP)
On the API Keys tab, scroll down to AI Assistant Integration (MCP). It lets you connect your WithMe account to AI assistants like Claude, so they can answer questions about your products, customers and revenue.
The Quick Start walks you through it for Claude Desktop:
Create an API key (a name like MCP Key works well) and copy it.
Open your Claude Desktop config file (claude_desktop_config.json).
Paste in the snippet shown on screen, replacing YOUR_API_KEY with the key you copied.
Fully restart Claude Desktop. You can now ask Claude about your WithMe account.
Using Claude Code, Cursor or another tool? Click View full setup guide (Claude Code, Cursor, etc.). You can also ask Claude or ChatGPT to help you set it up. Just share the Quick Start steps with them.
🔔 Adding a Webhook Endpoint
Webhooks send real-time notifications to a URL you choose when things happen on your account. They fire automatically on new purchases and new customer sign-ups, so they're perfect for Zapier, Make or your own server. ⚡
Open the Webhooks tab.
Under Add Webhook Endpoint, paste the URL you want events sent to.
Add a description if you like. It's optional.
Under Events to subscribe to:, pick the events you want.
Click Add Endpoint.
🔐 You'll then see your endpoint's signing secret under Save your signing secret now. It's shown only once, so copy it and store it somewhere safe. It's how a custom integration checks that a webhook really came from WithMe. Using Zapier or Make? You can skip saving it, because the secret is only needed for custom integrations.
For safety, your endpoint URL can't point to an internal or private network address, and WithMe won't follow redirects when it delivers a webhook. So use the final URL your tool gives you.
💡 Not sure how to set up a webhook for what you want to do? Ask Claude or ChatGPT. Just tell them what you want to automate.
🧰 Managing Your Endpoints
Each endpoint in your list has these options:
Send Test sends a test event to your endpoint. It only works while the endpoint is active.
Pause pauses the endpoint, and Resume starts it again.
View Log shows each delivery's event, status, response, attempts and time. Clear Log empties it.
Delete removes the endpoint once you click Confirm?.
🧹 Cleaning Up Old Webhooks
There's no separate webhook cache to clear. To tidy up, go to Settings > Integrations > Webhooks, delete any endpoints you no longer need, and keep only the live URL (for example, your Make URL) that you want events sent to.
📋 Is My Webhook Working?
View Log is only a visual record of deliveries. It doesn't control whether your webhook works.
If your receiving tool (like Make) confirms it got the Send Test payload, your webhook is working, whatever View Log shows. An empty log doesn't mean the test wasn't received, and you don't need to recheck your setup. You can carry on mapping your flow in that tool using the data it already has. ✅
🏷️ Customer Names & Segmentation
By design, webhooks don't send customer names or product-level segmentation data to external tools. This is intentional, not a gap you need to work around.
To segment your audience, use WithMe's built-in email marketing tools instead. Segments there are based on tags from product purchases. 💌
🌟 What You Can Build
📊 Send new purchase events into the tool you already use.
⚡ Trigger Zapier or Make workflows when a new customer signs up.
💬 Ask Claude about your products, customers and revenue.
🛠️ Build your own integration with an API key, using View API Documentation as your guide.
💡 Pro Tip: Start small. Connect one tool first, use Send Test to check events arrive the way you expect, then add more.
