Your Hub subscription covers your store, products and everything you need to run your creator business. There is only one Hub plan, so you will not find a higher tier, and your plan cost never scales with how much revenue you make.

AI agents work alongside your Hub, but they are not included in your subscription. If you want to use AI agents, you buy AI credits separately.

If you see Credits in Billing, that means AI credits are available to you. You can purchase credits to use with AI agents whenever you need them, on top of your existing Hub subscription.

There is no unlimited AI usage and no flat monthly add-on price for AI. Credits are purchased based on the amount of AI usage you need.

Our marketing pages and FAQs no longer promise unlimited AI jobs or a single flat add-on price for AI. This keeps what you see on our public pages accurate and matches how AI credits actually work: as a separate purchase from your Hub subscription.

Your Hub subscription itself is not affected by this. You keep the same plan and the same features in your Hub, and you only pay for AI credits when you choose to use AI agents.
