General tips
Mobile:
Keep the tab open in the foreground for the duration of the upload
Use WiFi over mobile data when possible
Disable low power mode (iOS) or equivalent
Make sure battery is higher than 20%
Desktop
Make sure device doesn’t go to sleep
Use a wired connection instead of WiFi if possible
Make sure your browser is up to date
Staying on the tab is recommended. Switching away is fine but make sure switch back to it every so often to keep the process active
Keep the number of open tabs in browser to a minimal
Try not to have a lot of programs running in the background
Universal
Pause any other downloads/streams such as Netflix, Spotify, software/app updates etc.
The best internet speeds are between around 4am-9am when there’s less internet traffic
Troubleshooting
What to do when uploads don’t work:
Retry the upload
Refresh the tab and try the upload again
Restart WiFi or disconnect and reconnect to mobile data
If you're on a mobile, find a more stable connection location (not on a train for example)
Verify your internet is working (navigate to google.com for example)
Close and reopen your browser (and update if possible) and retry the upload
Try on another browser or on another device
If all of the above somehow doesn’t work, reach out!
