✅ General Upload Tips
For Mobile Devices:
Keep the upload tab open in the foreground the entire time.
Use WiFi instead of mobile data when possible.
Disable Low Power Mode or battery savers.
Make sure your battery is above 20% to prevent interruptions.
For Desktop Devices:
Ensure your device doesn't go to sleep during upload.
Wired internet (Ethernet) is more stable than WiFi.
Keep your browser up to date (Chrome recommended).
Stay on the tab where upload is happening; switching tabs is okay but return frequently.
Limit open browser tabs and background apps while uploading.
For All Devices (Universal Tips):
Pause other downloads/streams (e.g., Netflix, Spotify, app updates).
Avoid peak hours — early morning (4am–9am) typically offers the best upload speeds.
🧰 Troubleshooting Failed Uploads
If your upload gets stuck or fails, try the following:
Retry the upload.
Refresh the tab and re-upload.
Restart or reconnect to your WiFi or mobile data.
If on mobile, move to a more stable location (avoid trains or elevators).
Test if your internet is working by visiting google.com.
Close and reopen your browser, update it if needed, then try again.
Try a different browser or device (Chrome on desktop is ideal).
