💸 WithMe, Stripe & PayPal Transaction Fees — What You Need to Know!

Welcome to WithMe! We’re here to help you earn confidently while keeping things transparent when it comes to transaction fees. Here's the breakdown so you always know where your money is going.

🚫 No Extra Fees from WithMe

At WithMe, we want to help you make as much money as possible. That means:

  • ✅ We take a tiny transaction fee that goes down as you earn more. 4%-0.5%.

  • ✅ You pay a small monthly subscription — no hidden charges on individual products.

💳 But What About Stripe & PayPal?

WithMe processes payments securely using Stripe and PayPal (soon) — both trusted global payment providers.

👉 Stripe and PayPal do have standard transaction fees, which vary depending on your country, currency, and payment method.

These fees are automatically deducted when a customer purchases from your platform.

⚙️ Stripe Fees by Country (2025 Estimates)

Here’s a quick look at what Stripe typically charges by location:

🇺🇸 UNITED STATES

  • 2.9% + $0.30 per transaction (for most cards)

  • +1.5% for international card payments

  • +2% if currency conversion is needed (e.g., GBP to USD)

💡 For creators selling internationally, expect slightly higher fees on converted or cross-border payments.

💰 PayPal Fees (Global) - COMING SOON!

If you're using PayPal through WithMe:

  • 3.49% + fixed currency-based fee

  • Rates vary depending on where the payment comes from.

📉 Refunds and Transaction Fees

If you issue a refund, Stripe or PayPal will not refund their transaction fees. That means:

  • You’ll be refunding the full amount the customer paid

  • But you’ll still be charged the original transaction fee

Example:
You sell a product for $100. Stripe deducts $20 in fees, so you keep $80.
If you refund the $100, it comes out of your balance — meaning you actually lose £20 from your earnings.
