The creator whose products you promote manages your affiliate payout arrangements. Ask the creator which payment method they use and what details they need from you.

Affiliate commissions have a holding period before they become eligible for payment. Ask the creator when eligible commission will be paid. Actual receipt also depends on the payment method used.

A refunded sale can reduce your recorded affiliate earnings, including when the sale was already marked as paid. If a payout has already been issued, ask the creator how any adjustment will be handled.

Your affiliate dashboard shows total earnings, pending payout and recent sales. A payout recorded as paid in WithMe is a record of the creator’s payment; confirm receipt through the payment method you agreed with them.

Open Customers and select Affiliates to review clicks, sales, earnings and pending payout for your affiliates. Commission rates belong to your creator programme and can differ by product; they are not a single WithMe-wide affiliate rate.

Pay the affiliate using the method you have agreed. Once you have sent payment, use Mark as Paid for that affiliate, enter the amount and confirm it. This records the payment in WithMe; it does not send money to the affiliate.
