How Affiliate Share Works on WithMe
Affiliate Share lets you create unique affiliate links for your digital products and distribute them to other active WithMe creators. They can then share your products in their own WithMe stores — and you pay them a commission you set for each sale they generate.
How to Create an Affiliate Link for Your Digital Product
Go to the My Store tab, then select the product you want to create an affiliate link for.
Click on the Options tab and scroll down to find the Affiliate Share section.
Click + Add Affiliate Link and set the commission % you’d like to offer. You can create multiple links with different commission percentages.
Once your link is set, click the link itself or select the "..." and Copy URL. Now you can share it with as many creators as you like to promote your products.
Your affiliates will need to add your link to their WithMe store using an External Link/URL product.

How does someone use my affiliate link?
In order for someone to qualify as an affiliate, they need to:
Be an active WithMe customer
Add your affiliate link to their WithMe Store
Note: Your affiliate will only receive commission if they share your link in their WithMe store. If they share the link elsewhere (e.g., text, email, or personal website), you will get 100% of the sale, and the affiliate gets nothing.
What happens if I update or delete my product with an affiliate link?
If you make changes or delete a product with an affiliate link attached, the affiliate may receive an invalid link or be notified of a deleted link.
Your affiliate won’t receive a commission if this happens.
Simply provide them with a new affiliate link, and if you’re feeling generous, you can manually pay them the commission. 😊
How do I process a refund for an affiliate transaction?
Refunds within 7 days: The original creator initiates the refund.
Refunds after 7 days: You, as the creator, would initiate the refund, but the affiliate still keeps their commission. If it’s after the 7-day holding period, you’ll need to contact our support team for assistance.
How does the payout for affiliate transactions work?
Once a customer purchases your product through an affiliate link, the transaction will show up in your Income tab, alongside the affiliate’s name.
Stripe holds funds for both parties for 7 days.
Funds are transferred once that 7-day period ends (unless a refund is initiated).
You’ll see your earnings under the Held By WithMe section.
How can I view my affiliate transactions and when they’ll be available to cash out?
Head over to your Income tab.
Use the Affiliate filter to see your affiliate transactions.
Click on each order for more details, including transaction timelines and payout info.
How do transaction fees work with affiliate links?
Creators are responsible for all Stripe and PayPal transaction fees.
Affiliates don't pay any fees and simply receive their commission.
