How Affiliate Share Works on WithMe
Affiliate Share lets eligible people with access to your product obtain their own product-specific affiliate link through Share & Earn. When a qualifying sale is attributed to that link, the affiliate earns the commission configured for the product.
How to turn on Affiliate Share
Open the product in the creator dashboard (not the public hub). Click Edit.
Go to the Options tab and scroll to Affiliate Share.
Turn it on and set the commission %. This section is hidden on free products.
Affiliates who already have access use Share & Earn. There is no + Add Affiliate Link button.

How does someone use my affiliate link?
To obtain a product-specific affiliate link, someone needs to:
Log in to WithMe and have access to the product they want to promote.
Use Share & Earn on a product with affiliate sharing enabled, then copy the generated link.
The link can be shared through a WithMe Hub, text, email or another website. Attribution uses the generated affiliate link and the eligible product purchased; it is not restricted to links placed in the affiliate’s own WithMe Hub. Keep the complete generated link when sharing it.
What happens if I update or delete my product with an affiliate link?
If you make changes or delete a product with an affiliate link attached, the affiliate may receive an invalid link or be notified of a deleted link.
Your affiliate won’t receive a commission if this happens.
Simply provide them with a new affiliate link, and if you’re feeling generous, you can manually pay them the commission. 😊
How do I process a refund for an affiliate transaction?
The creator selling the product initiates the customer’s refund.
A refunded sale can reduce recorded affiliate earnings, including a sale already marked as paid. A seven-day cut-off does not guarantee that the affiliate keeps the commission. If money has already been paid out, agree with the affiliate how the adjustment will be handled.
How does the payout for affiliate transactions work?
Creators can review affiliate sales, earnings and pending payouts in Customers → Affiliates.
Affiliate commissions have a holding period before they become eligible for payment. Ask the creator when eligible commission will be paid; this is separate from the creator’s Stripe payout timing.
Arrange payment with the affiliate using the method you have agreed. Once payment has been sent, use Mark as Paid to record it in WithMe; this records the payment and does not send money.
Affiliates can review total earnings, pending payout and recent sales in their affiliate dashboard.
How can affiliates check their earnings and payment status?
Open your affiliate dashboard to review total earnings, pending payout and recent sales.
Ask the creator running the programme when eligible commission will be paid and which payment method they use.
Confirm receipt using the agreed payment method. A payment marked as paid in WithMe is the creator’s payment record.
How do transaction fees work with affiliate links?
Creators are responsible for all Stripe and PayPal transaction fees.
Affiliates don't pay any fees and simply receive their commission.
