WithMe’s Community feature lets you create a private, high-value space where you can engage directly with your audience. Whether you’re building a free group or offering exclusive access as a paid product, WithMe Communities are the perfect way to bring your people together.

Inside your Community, members can:

🛠️ Setting Up Your Community

This guide provides instructions on setting up your community using WithMe

Here’s how to launch your Community in just a few steps:

  1. Go to your My Store tab and scroll down

  2. Click + Add Product

  3. Choose the Community product type

  4. Then go to the Community tab and hit Create

  5. Enter a name for your Community—it could be your name, brand, or product-based!


🎨 Customize Your Community

  • Click Edit to upload a custom cover photo that reflects your brand

  • Use the Reposition option to adjust it perfectly

  • Add an About section to welcome your members and describe what the Community is all about

  • Post your first announcement or content piece to get the conversation started

  • Add Helpful Links—like your store, calendar, or external resources

  • Upload bonus content, templates, or downloads in the Resources tab for easy access


🧾 What Your Members Will See

Once someone joins your Community, they’ll get access to:

  • The main Community feed (for posts and updates)

  • A tab with all the products they’ve purchased from you

  • Any exclusive content or products you’ve linked specifically for members


⚙️ Final Community Settings

Under your Settings, you can:

  • Change your Community name or profile picture

  • Set your display name

  • Write a custom welcome message for new members

  • Choose how often your members receive notifications
