💌 How to Manage Community Notifications in WithMe
Wondering how to keep your WithMe Community in the loop? This guide walks you through how notifications work and how both you and your members can manage them.
🔔 What Notifications Will My Members Receive?
WithMe sends Community notifications via email, based on each member’s preferences. If opted in Members receive:
✅ New post updates
✅ Weekly updates
❌ No notifications at all
🚨 Heads Up: WithMe doesn’t support mobile push notifications (yet!), but it's on our roadmap!
✉️ Two Types of Notifications Members Can Get
1. Post Notifications
When you post, all Community members will receive it immediately via email.
This is the best way to make sure important updates, announcements, or time-sensitive info reach everyone.
2. Community Update Emails
These are sent automatically based on each member's notification preferences (daily or weekly). They include:
Recent posts
Any changes or activity they may have missed
❌ If a member has set their notifications to “Never,” they won’t receive these summary updates.
