How to Enable Terms & Conditions in WithMe

You can now add custom Terms & Conditions to your WithMe checkout — a great way to protect your business and set clear expectations with your customers. 🙌

Here’s how to turn it on and make it your own:


Steps to Enable Terms & Conditions

  1. Head to Settings in your WithMe dashboard

  2. Click the Payments tab

  3. Toggle “Enable Terms & Conditions” on

  4. Customize the template by replacing all the placeholder (_________) fields with your own info

  5. That’s it! Your changes will autosave automatically — as long as all blanks are filled in 👍


🚨 Important:
If you leave any (_________) fields blank, your Terms won't save! So double-check that everything is filled out before closing the page.


📍Where do customers see it?
Once enabled, your Terms & Conditions will show up on your checkout page, right above the checkout button — easy for your customers to review before purchasing.


💡 Pro Tip:
These Terms are here to protect you and your brand. You can keep the template we provide, tweak it, or delete it and start from scratch. Totally your call!

👉 Right now, the Terms apply to all of your products — individual Terms per product type aren’t available just yet.
