Cassie is the AI assistant in the chat widget on every WithMe page. Ask her anything about using the platform and she'll pull the answer straight from this Help Center. If she can't resolve it, your conversation is passed to a real person on the Customer Success team automatically.

Margo is your AI marketing agent. She's the one to go to for headlines, launch emails, social captions and product ideas. Give her context about your audience and your offer, and she'll help you brainstorm, draft and refine.

The AI Sales Agent runs quietly in the background of your hub and turns anonymous traffic into leads you can actually follow up with. It works out who's browsing, tracks what they're looking at, scores how interested they seem, and surfaces them to you with name and contact details.

💡 Heads up: the Sales Agent used to be called the Visitor Agent. Same agent, new name.

The Design Agent creates an HTML landing page using your product details, images and brand styling. Review and edit the result. If you generate the page from within the product itself, it auto-deploys. If you generate it from the standalone Design Agent page, click Deploy along the top to publish it, which both deploys it to the product and saves a copy to your hard drive. If you generated or resumed the page without choosing a product first, click Add to landing page in the finished editor instead: this opens a picker where you can choose a destination product (cancelling keeps all your edits and images in the editor). The picker's product list includes Lead Capture products alongside courses, coaching, memberships and custom products; if you choose a Lead Capture product, its title, description, sales description, thumbnail, button text and any sales files are carried over. Confirming saves the finished page straight to that product's landing page, no JPEG download needed. If saving fails, your page stays in the editor so you can try again.

The current AI Team uses subscription access rather than a shared per-job credit balance for the Sales Agent and Design Agent. Adding the Design Agent’s generated page is included with that access; there is no separate credit charge to add it.
