If you have the AI Team, either because you hired it or because you have agent credits, and your account is not behind on payment, you can hand your team a job straight from the help bubble.
Tap the help bubble to open the sheet or panel, then type into Otto's box. If you have the team, the box shows the line “Questions, problems, or a job for your team” with the placeholder “Ask anything, or give him a job.”
✍️ How to send a job
Open the help bubble.
In Otto's box, type a plain command, not a question. For example: “make a landing page for my course,” “see who is browsing my hub,” or “write an email about my launch.”
Send it. The sheet or panel closes and the matching teammate opens directly: Dez (with the product you named already picked), Sal, or Margo.
❓ Questions still go to Otto
Only a plain command counts as a job. A question never does, even if it describes the same task. Typing “how do I add a coupon?” opens Otto's chat. So does “show me who is browsing my hub,” because it is phrased as a question, while “see who is browsing my hub” opens Sal.
This also works mid-conversation: if you are already chatting with Otto in the sheet and you type a job as a follow-up, it is routed to the right teammate instead of Otto answering it.
🔒 Without the AI Team
If you have not hired the AI Team, or your AI Team or Hub payment is behind, anything you type in Otto's box always goes to Otto. It is never routed to a teammate.
