  1. Go to your dashboard and click the “My Platform” tab.

  2. Scroll down and click “+ Add Product” → select “Custom Product.”

  3. For the upload requirement, choose PDF and upload a file containing your shipping and refund policies.

  4. Customize your product thumbnail (you can upload an image of the item).

  5. Add a clear and catchy product title.

  6. In the description, include:

    • Product details

    • Shipping timelines

    • Return/refund policies

    • Any other important terms

  7. Enter your product price.

  8. Click “Post” — and your product is live!


📋 Collecting Shipping Details

Once your product is live:

  1. Open the Comments section of the product.
