How to Create a Coaching Product on WithMe 📆
Exciting news! With the WithMe Platform, you no longer need third-party tools like Calendly or Acuity Scheduling to set up and manage your coaching clients. Your coaching platform is designed to give you your time back and encourage your clients to go Asynscronous (none live)...Whilst still allowing you to have live Zoom/Google Meet/Teams meetings.
The application feature ensures you only take on clients that fit your programme, and to create bespoke programmes and prices for the individual. Let’s walk through the process of setting up your Coaching product! ⛏️
🎯 Goal: Create a 1:1 Coaching Product on WithMe
Want to start offering private coaching through your WithMe platform? Follow this guide to create your own 1:1 coaching product and connect with your audience directly.
🪄 Flow: Step-by-Step Instructions
1️⃣ Go to www.withme.so
Log in to your WithMe account if you're not already signed in.
2️⃣ Go to "My Platform"
From the sidebar, click on “My Platform.”
Here you’ll find all your current products and the option to create new ones.
3️⃣ Click “+ Add Product”
To create something new, click the “+ Add Product” button.
4️⃣ Choose “1:1 Coaching”
Select the “1:1 Coaching” option to begin setting up a coaching product.
5️⃣ Name Your Tier
Click on the “Tier Name” field and give your coaching offer a name of your choice.
6️⃣ (Optional) Enable the Apply Process
Toggle “Apply Process” on if you want clients to apply before purchasing.
💡 Best used for high-ticket coaching programs where you prefer to screen inquiries.
7️⃣ Set Your Pricing Plans
Enable Monthly and/or Flexible plans.
Enter the pricing.
You can toggle recurring payments on or off for flexible plans.
8️⃣ Click “Next” to Continue
9️⃣ Select Benefits
Choose up to 4 benefits to include in your offer.
👉 You can pick from a rich list of predefined options or create your own custom benefits.
🔟 Click “Add Tier”
Hit “Add Tier” to publish your new 1:1 coaching product!
💬 Bonus: Customize Your Welcome Message
Once your product is live, you can customize how you engage with new clients:
Add a welcome message in the conversation thread.
Attach media (photos, videos, documents).
Link a meeting using Zoom, Google Meet, Teams, or any other platform.
To add a meeting link:
Click “Meet”
Select a platform: Zoom / Google Meet / Teams / Other
Paste your meeting link
