Want to take a product out of view without losing it? You can unpublish it from My Hub. Unpublishing hides the product but does not remove it, so you can publish it again whenever you like.
đ How to unpublish a product
Go to My Hub.
Find the product you want to hide and open its action menu.
Click Unpublish.
The product stays in your list in My Hub with an Unpublished label, so you can always see which products are hidden.
đ How to publish it again
Open the same action menu on the unpublished product and click Publish. If the product is only sold as part of a bundle, you may not see this option.
đď¸ Unpublish or delete?
Unpublish and delete are two separate actions. Unpublish hides a product and keeps it. Delete removes it. Before a product is deleted, you are asked to confirm in the Delete Product window, where you can click Delete or Cancel.
When you delete a membership, 1:1 Coaching, a digital product or Messages (paid DMs), you will see a success message once it works. If deleting Messages doesn't work, you will see a message telling you it failed.
