👀 How to Preview Your Hub as a Member

Updated over 3 weeks ago

Wondering how your hub looks from your members’ perspective? Totally valid — almost every creator asks this.

Here are four easy ways to preview and test your hub from the customer’s point of view:

1️⃣ Use the Real-Time Mobile Preview (While Editing)

When setting up your hub, you’ll notice a mobile preview panel on the right-hand side.

  • It shows real-time updates as you edit.

  • You can see how your product listings and layout appear to members.

  • It’s highly accurate in most cases.

⚠️ Note: Occasionally, very recent updates may not reflect instantly — but it’s great for quick visual checks.

2️⃣ Preview as a New Visitor (Incognito Method)

If you copy your hub link and open it while logged in, you’ll be redirected to your creator dashboard.

To see what new visitors see:

  1. Copy your main hub link (top right corner of your hub).

  2. Open it in Incognito/Private browsing mode
    OR

  3. Log out of your creator account and open the link in your browser.

Now you’ll see your hub exactly as a new visitor would:

  • Homepage layout

  • Product listings

  • Landing pages

  • Checkout flow

You can click around and test everything.

3️⃣ One-Click Logged-Out View (Without Logging Out)

If you don’t want to log out:

  • Click directly on your hub link at the top right (not the copy icon).

  • This opens a new logged-out preview window.

  • You can test your hub’s customer flow from there.

You can:

  • Visit landing pages

  • Scroll to checkout

  • See the sign-up process

  • Review how users enter payment details

⚠️ If you don’t see the credit card field at checkout, it likely means Stripe is not connected yet.

This is the fastest way to test while actively working on your hub.

4️⃣ Test as an Enrolled Member (Best Method)

If you want to see the full experience as a paying member:

  1. Create a 100% discount code.

  2. Sign up using an alternate email address.

  3. Enroll in your own membership or product.

Now you can:

  • Navigate all tabs

  • Test content visibility

  • Check tier access

  • Experience the full member journey

This is the most accurate way to evaluate your structure and make improvements.

✅ Final Tip

Testing your hub regularly ensures:

  • Clean navigation

  • Correct tier access

  • Smooth checkout flow

  • Professional member experience

Preview, test, refine — and build with confidence.
