👀 What Visitors See When Your Hub Is Offline

Explains what visitors and existing customers see on your hub and product links when your Hub plan is unpaid.

👀 What visitors see when your hub is offline

If your hub goes offline because your plan isn't paid up, anyone who isn't already a customer sees a plain, generic page instead of your hub. It says "This hub isn't available right now" and "It may be back soon. Check again later."

The page doesn't show your name, your photo, or any of your products. It's a neutral placeholder, not a preview of your hub.

🔑 Logging in still works

The offline page includes a "Log in" option under the heading "Already bought something here?" It tells visitors: "Log in and you can still get to everything you bought."

  1. Anyone who has already bought from you, a membership, a course, a digital product, a tip, or a paid DM, can click Log in.

  2. Once logged in, they land back on your hub and keep access to everything they purchased.

💖 Existing customers always get in

If someone has already purchased from you in any form, they can always see your hub normally, even while it's offline to everyone else.

🔗 Where this shows up

This isn't limited to your main hub link, every product link behaves the same way while your hub is offline.

Link previews get the same treatment too. If someone shares your hub or product link in a DM or on social media, the preview card shows a generic message, "This page is not available", instead of revealing your product details.
