๐Ÿ” How to Submit Your Platform Credentials for Migration

Moving your courses, content, and community to WithMe is exciting โ€” and we're here to make it as smooth as possible! ๐ŸŽ‰ One of the first steps in your migration journey is submitting your existing platform credentials so our team can securely access and transfer your content.

Here's exactly what to expect, step by step โ€” so there are no surprises along the way.

๐Ÿ“‹ What You'll Need Before You Start

Before submitting your credentials, make sure you have the following ready:

  • Your login email and password for your current platform (e.g., Kajabi, Teachable, Thinkific)

  • Your WithMe login credentials (if it's personal then let us know and we'll temporarily change your hub password , change it back once we're done)

  • A few minutes of availability to share 2FA (If it cannot be turned off on your current platform) โ€” this is important โฐ

๐Ÿš€ Step-by-Step: Submitting Your Migration Details

Head to your dashboard, click on More in the left-hand menu, and select Migration. This will take you to the migration details page.

Open the submission form โ€” Click on the CTA button to access the migration request form. This is where youโ€™ll submit everything our team needs to get started.

Share your credentials securely โ€” Provide:

  • Your current platform login details (email + password)

  • Your WithMe account details (email + password)

Our team handles these with the utmost care and security. ๐Ÿ”’

2FA (Two-Factor Authentication) โ€” If 2FA is enabled on your platform, we recommend switching it off temporarily so our team can access your account without delays.
If thatโ€™s not possible, no worries โ€” weโ€™ll reach out to you for the code when needed.

Stay available if 2FA is on โ€” If you keep 2FA enabled, you may need to share the code with us when we attempt login. A quick response helps us get started faster!

Password flexibility โ€” If your WithMe password is personal and youโ€™d prefer not to share it, just let us know. We can temporarily update your password for the migration and share the temporary login with you. Once everything is complete, you can switch it back. ๐Ÿ‘

Confirmation โ€” Once everything is submitted, our team will review your request and begin the process when your migration is scheduled. Youโ€™ll receive updates along the way. โœ…

๐Ÿ“ Note: If anything is missing from your submission, donโ€™t worry โ€” weโ€™ll reach out to you before starting.

โฐ Why Timing Matters

If 2FA is enabled, this step can be time-sensitive.

For the smoothest experience:

  • Be available on email or phone in case we need a login code

  • Keep notifications turned on so you donโ€™t miss our message

  • If you're in a different time zone, a quick response window helps avoid delays ๐Ÿค

๐Ÿ”’ Is It Safe to Share My Information?

Absolutely. Your security is our top priority.
โ€‹

The information you share is used exclusively by your assigned hub assistant, and we follow strict data protection practices (including GDPR compliance) to keep your data safe.
โ€‹

We only use your credentials for the migration process โ€” nothing more.

If youโ€™d like, you can also request credential deletion after the migration is complete, and weโ€™ll take care of it for you.
โ€‹

You're not just another ticket โ€” you're a partner, and we treat your data with the same care we'd want for our own. ๐Ÿ’ช

๐Ÿ“ฆ What Else Should You Include?

This is a big one โ€” and it can make a huge difference in how fast your migration gets completed.

Be clear about what you want migrated โ€” If your current platform has a lot of content, itโ€™s important to tell us exactly what should be moved.
โ€‹

Not everything needs to come over:

  • Old or unused products

  • Duplicate courses

  • Content youโ€™re no longer selling

  • Outdated files or drafts

The more clarity you provide, the better.

๐Ÿ‘‰ Instead of saying โ€œmigrate everythingโ€, let us know:

  • Which courses/products are active

  • What should be skipped

  • Any priorities or order of importance

Less baggage = faster delivery ๐Ÿš€

Ready to get your content moved over? Head to your hub and submit your migration request โ€” weโ€™ll take it from there! ๐Ÿš€
