🔓 Seeing an 'Upgrade' Prompt? Here's What to Do

If you see an 'Upgrade to unlock' prompt on WithMe, it's a legacy UI element — every feature is now included in your $49/month plan. Here's how to clear it.

🚫 Seeing an 'Upgrade' Prompt on WithMe?

You shouldn't be! WithMe moved to a single-plan model — every feature is included in your $49/month plan. If you're seeing an 'Upgrade to unlock' prompt somewhere in the app, it's a legacy UI element we're cleaning up. Let's sort it 👇

✅ Everything is Included in Your Plan

Your $49/month plan (or $25/month billed annually) includes every feature:

  • Unlimited digital products, courses, communities and memberships

  • Unlimited email broadcasts and automations

  • Custom branding — your own logo and colours

  • Custom domain — your own URL

  • AI Sales Agent with 25 credits/month

  • 0% commission on every sale

There's nothing to upgrade to. If you see an 'Upgrade' button anywhere, it's legacy UI that shouldn't be there.

🛠️ Quick Fixes

Try these first:

  1. Log out completely (Profile icon → "Log out" — don't just close the tab)

  2. Clear cache or use Incognito/Private mode

  3. Log back in the same way you signed up (Email vs Google login matters — if you originally signed up with Google, log in with Google)

  4. Check you're on the correct account — make sure you're using the email from your trial/subscription

📝 Note on Login Methods

If you log in using a different method (e.g. Google instead of email), you may accidentally create a second account without subscription access. Logging in the original way should fix this.
