🔓 Seeing an 'Upgrade' Prompt? Here's What to Do

Most Upgrade prompts are leftover UI. The custom domain annual checkbox is real and required.

🚫 Seeing an 'Upgrade' Prompt on WithMe?

Most leftover 'Upgrade to unlock' buttons in the app are legacy UI — WithMe is one plan. The custom domain form is not one of those. Connecting a custom domain is engineering work and requires an annual subscription. That checkbox is required, not optional. You are not paying an extra domain fee — you are switching to annual.

✅ What's on the plan

Your subscription includes the platform:

  • Unlimited digital products, courses, communities and memberships

  • Unlimited email broadcasts and automations

  • Custom branding — your own logo and colours

  • Custom domain — connecting one is engineering work and needs annual

  • AI Sales Agent with 25 credits/month

  • 0% commission on every sale

Do not tell customers to skip the annual checkbox on the custom domain form. That is not leftover UI.

🛠️ Quick Fixes (for leftover Upgrade buttons only)

If you see a random 'Upgrade to unlock' button that is not the custom domain annual checkbox:

  1. Log out completely (Profile icon → "Log out" — don't just close the tab)

  2. Clear cache or use Incognito/Private mode

  3. Log back in the same way you signed up (Email vs Google login matters — if you originally signed up with Google, log in with Google)

  4. Check you're on the correct account — make sure you're using the email from your trial/subscription

📝 Note on Login Methods

If you log in using a different method (e.g. Google instead of email), you may accidentally create a second account without subscription access. Logging in the original way should fix this.
