Your WithMe trial lasts 14 days. Here is what happens on the last day and after it, so there are no surprises. It is written for creators, experts and coaches who are setting up a hub.
The short version
Your card is not charged during the 14 days.
On day 15, your first payment is taken automatically, on the plan you picked.
If you do not want to continue, cancel before the trial ends and you pay nothing.
We email you three days before the trial ends with the date, the exact amount, and a link to change or cancel.
What the plans cost
Yearly: $300 a year, which works out at $25 a month (£300 a year, or £25 a month, if you pay in pounds).
Monthly: $49 a month (£49 if you pay in pounds).
If you started before 13:26 London time on 10 August 2026, you keep your earlier monthly price for as long as your subscription stays active. You do not need to do anything.
Before you start: the card check
To start the trial, WithMe checks your card with a $1 authorisation (£1 if you pay in pounds). This is a hold, not a charge. WithMe releases it straight away. How long your bank takes to stop showing it on your statement depends on the bank.
If the card check fails, the trial does not start. Try another card.
What you can see during the trial
Open Settings, then Billing. You will see:
A "Free trial" label with the number of days left.
A line such as "Free until {date}, then {price} a month" (or "a year" if you are on a yearly plan). That date is the day your card will be charged, and the price is what will be taken.
"Free trial ends {date}" on your billing summary.
What happens on day 15
Your payment method is charged for the plan you chose.
Your hub carries on exactly as it was. Nothing you built is lost or changed.
You get the same all-access plan: every feature, and 0% WithMe commission on your sales. Stripe's own payment fees on your sales still apply.
This happens whether or not you logged in during the trial. The trial clock does not pause.
If the payment does not go through
If the payment on day 15 fails, your hub goes offline to visitors until it is paid. Visitors see an offline page, and nobody can start a new purchase or join your hub. You and any staff on your account can still see your hub and dashboard. Your setup is typically kept, so you can pick up where you left off.
To fix it, open Settings, then Billing. Billing shows the amount owed with a Pay now button. You can also tap Update payment method to save a new card, which pays the overdue bill.

How to cancel before you are charged
Log in and go to Settings. On a phone, tap More.
Open Billing and select Cancel.
Pick a reason and write a short description (at least 20 characters).
Tap Continue.
Tap Still Cancel to confirm.
You keep access until the end of the 14 days, so you can keep using WithMe while you wait.
Want a little more time?
Ask for a trial extension. Open the chat bubble in your dashboard and say how long you need. Extensions are free and are looked at one by one, so there is no promise of a set number of days. Ask before the trial runs out if you can. The team usually replies within a few hours.
If you were charged and did not mean to continue
Message us from the chat bubble as soon as you can. Tell us you want to cancel and ask about a refund, and our team will look at it. If you do not hear back within a day, message us again.
Switching to yearly during the trial
If you switch from monthly to yearly while you are on the trial, one of two things happens. Either the switch charges your card straight away and ends your trial, or your trial carries on and nothing is charged until the date shown. Read the note under "Switch To Yearly" in Settings before you tap it. It tells you which one applies to you.
