Free file migration (up to 10 GB) is included with your WithMe plan. It is file and contact import, not a clone of your old platform.
Paid Done For You is a separate hub build. It has a 48-Hour Live Guarantee: we build your hub within 48 working hours of a complete form, or we keep working at no extra cost until it is. Cash refund only if we have not started. Once we start, the fee is earned.
Neither free migration nor paid DFY clones another platform. Comments, audio libraries, and member history from Circle, Kajabi, or Skool do not copy.
What's included in free file migration
Files and courses you give us, or that we can pull after reviewing your form (up to 10 GB)
Member/subscriber CSV import (names and emails)
Hub branding if you provide logo and colours
If your content is over 10 GB, the team will confirm any extra cost before proceeding. You can continue, or handle the remainder yourself.

How it works
Start from your dashboard — use the Migration button or the in-app /switch page.
Complete the form — existing platform details, branding, and any files you can share.
We start within 24 hours of a completed form.
48 working hours from when we begin for file import (weekends not included).
Review — check the hub, request the two DFY revision rounds if you bought DFY, and go live.
What you'll need
Login credentials for your current platform (e.g. Kajabi, Teachable, Skool), if you want us to pull files
Brand assets — logo, colours, fonts
A list of products/courses to import
Member/subscriber export (CSV) if available
Stripe details for payment integration
Don't worry if you can't find everything — fill in what you can and the team will reach out.
