Document which members have access to which products.
Screenshot your pipeline structures so you can recreate them.
Set up a full parallel run: keep Kajabi live while you build on WithMe, then switch traffic to WithMe once everything is tested.
Communicate the move to your members with a clear transition date — ideally 2 weeks' notice.
