Migrating from Kajabi to WithMe
Kajabi has a lot of moving parts, so this move takes a little planning. This guide shows how to start the move yourself, what it costs, what comes across, what you rebuild, and how to switch without leaving your members stranded.
Start from Migration in your WithMe dashboard. You connect your Kajabi account yourself, and the check is free: it lists every course, video and file we find. You pick what moves and see the price before you pay, once.
What it costs
Checking what you have: free.
Moving it on yearly: your yearly subscription includes 10 GB in total, once per creator, then £1 per GB including VAT. The 10 GB does not reset when you renew or move again.
Moving it on monthly: £1 per GB from the first GB.
Storing it on WithMe: free, no limit.
Moving needs an active plan or free trial. On a trial the check is free, and your plan starts with the move.
On price: WithMe yearly is $300 a year. Kajabi's lowest price is $143 a month billed yearly ($1,716 a year), from kajabi.com/pricing, checked on 3 Oct 2026, in USD. WithMe does not match every Kajabi feature, so check that the features you use are covered before you move.
What comes with you
Courses, modules, lessons and lesson text.
Videos (original files), PDFs, downloads and audio.

What stays behind
Card details and running subscriptions. They stay with Kajabi's payment system. See "Paying members" below.
Email pipelines and sequences. Kajabi's pipelines are the biggest rebuild. You rebuild them in WithMe email flows, or buy Done For You.
Landing pages and sales pages. You rebuild them with WithMe's page builder, or buy Done For You.
Community comments, likes and member history. For community members, export your member list and re-invite them to your WithMe community. See How to Migrate Your Community to WithMe.
Quizzes and assessments.
Order bumps and payment plans. You set them up again in WithMe.
Paying members
Card details cannot be moved between platforms, because Kajabi's payment system holds them. This is what happens instead:
Your paying members are imported by name and email.
They keep free access until their next billing date, so nobody pays twice.
You send them a link to restart their subscription on WithMe before Kajabi charges them again.
Keep Kajabi running until your members have moved. Connect your Stripe account in WithMe so you can take payments from them.
Your domain
You keep your domain. If it points at Kajabi today, pointing it at WithMe is a short DNS change: you add 2 CNAME records at your registrar using the Custom Domain option on your dashboard. You also need to add TXT records (one for the root domain, one for the 'www' subdomain) pointing to WithMe's CloudFront value. TXT record errors are a common cause of connection failures, so check them carefully if your domain doesn't connect. Connecting Kajabi
You sign in to Kajabi yourself in Migration, so you do not hand your login to our team. Before we connect, you confirm you own the account. We only read it and download the content you choose, so nothing changes on Kajabi. If Kajabi sends a one-time code, the Migration screen asks you to enter it. We never ask you to turn off two-factor authentication.
How long it takes
Your courses arrive in your Hub as drafts, usually 5 to 10 working days after you pay.
Nothing goes live until you say so.
Your Kajabi site does not change and stays live. Keep it running until your courses are live on WithMe.
Before you cancel Kajabi
Export your People list (People, then Export).
Note which members have access to which products.
Screenshot your pipeline structures so you can recreate them in WithMe email flows.
Keep Kajabi live while you check your drafts, and cancel it only when you are happy and your paying members have moved.
Tell your members about the move with a clear transition date, ideally two weeks' notice.
