Free migration with the yearly subscription
The migration is free with the yearly subscription: $300 / £300 / €300 a year (A$550, C$550, NZ$650, 4,000 kr), which works out at $25 a month. A small WithMe team moves your hub by hand and checks it before you see it. Reply to any email from us and a person answers.
Up to 10 GB is free. That is roughly 5 to 10 hours of HD video, depending on quality. If your library is bigger, we tell you the cost before we start, and you pay nothing unless you agree.
The free migration is not part of the monthly subscription ($49 / £49 / €49 a month). The yearly subscription also includes a 1:1 kickoff call and weekly group coaching.

What moves
We move the content you have already built. This is what comes across:
Courses, modules, lessons and lesson text. We pull them with your login, or from files you share.
Videos (original files), PDFs, downloads and audio. Same as above.
Members' names and emails. These come from a CSV export of your current platform. We show you how.
Members' access to the right courses. We set it up to match what they had.
Your branding (logo and colours). We use them if you send them.
What does not move
Please read this before you start. These do not come across in the free migration:
Card details and running subscriptions. They stay with your old platform's payment system. See "Paying members" below.
Email sequences, pipelines and automations. You rebuild them in WithMe email flows, or buy Done For You. We do not rebuild them in the free migration.
Landing pages and sales pages. You rebuild them with WithMe's page builder, or buy Done For You. We do not rebuild them in the free migration.
Community comments, likes and member history.
Quizzes and assessments.
Coupons, order bumps and payment plans. You set them up again in WithMe.
Which platforms we pull from
With your login we can pull from Kajabi, Kartra, Thinkific, Skool, Stan Store, Offering Tree, Healthie and Google Drive. For other platforms, such as Teachable, Podia, Circle or Mighty Networks, we move your content by hand from files you can download or share.

Paying members
Card details cannot be moved between platforms, because your old platform's payment system holds them. This is what we do instead:
We import your members' names and emails and give them access to the same courses on WithMe.
We keep their access free until their next billing date, so nobody pays twice.
You send them one link to restart their subscription on WithMe before their old platform charges them again. We give you the email to send.
Keep your old platform running until your members have moved.
How it works
Ask for a free check (optional). Use the switch page above. No card needed.
Send your request. From your dashboard go to More, then Migration, and complete the form: your current platform, your branding, and any files you can share. The migration starts once your year is paid, so the form asks you to start your year early. New creators get a 14-day free trial.
We start and keep you updated. You get an update at each step: started, any login code needed, and ready to check.
You review and approve. Check the new hub and tell us when you are happy. Your old site stays live until you approve the new hub. Nothing goes live until you say so.
What you'll need
The login for your current platform, if it is one we pull from. If it is not, files you can download or share.
Your brand assets: logo and colours.
A list of the products and courses you want brought across. Old or unused ones can stay behind.
A member export (CSV) from your current platform, with names and emails.
Your Stripe details, so you can take payments on WithMe.
Don't worry if you can't find all of it. Fill in what you can and the team will reach out.
How long it takes
Most hubs are ready in 5 to 10 working days from when we start.
We send an update at each step, so you always know where things are.
Kajabi downloads can take longer if videos must be fetched one by one. Sharing original files speeds this up.
Your login and your domain
We ask for your platform login only when we start, and use it only to download your content. Change your password as soon as we finish. We never ask you to turn off two-factor authentication. See How to submit your platform login for migration.
Kajabi sends a one-time code when we sign in, and it expires in about 30 seconds. We agree a time with you first.
You keep your domain. Pointing it at WithMe is a short DNS change. We send the exact steps and check your email settings with you first, so your email keeps working.
Done For You is a separate product
