This guide walks you through exactly how to create and share free products — no Stripe required.
🌍 Why Might You Not Have Stripe?
Stripe isn't available in every country yet (for example, Iceland 🇮🇸). If you're in an unsupported region, you might see a message saying Stripe can't be connected. But here's the thing — Stripe is only needed if you want to charge for your content. If you're creating free courses, internal training, or community content, you can skip Stripe entirely and get started right away! 🚀
🛠️ How to Create a Free Product Without Stripe
Follow these steps to build and publish your free content:
Head to your WithMe dashboard and click on Memberships in the left sidebar.
Click Create New Product — choose the type that fits your content (course, membership, etc.).
Give your product a name and description. Add your lessons, modules, or content sections as you normally would. ✍️
When you reach the pricing step, select Free as your pricing option. This tells WithMe there's no payment required — so Stripe won't be needed!
Click Save to save your product.
