To start accepting payments through WithMe, you’ll need to set up a Stripe connect account managed by WithMe. This article will walk you through setting up Stripe 💸
How to Set Up Stripe with Your WithMe Account
Go to Your Payouts
Head over to the Payouts tab in the bottom left corner of your store.Select the "Setup Account" Button
Connect Your Bank Account or Stripe
Once you're in the Payments section, you’ll see a button that says either Connect or Connect Your Bank Account. Either button works, so go ahead and click on it.
🛠️ Troubleshooting
If you don't see your country, check out this article: Countries Available for Stripe Custom Accounts.
If the country you selected is different than the country of origin for your phone number, you will not receive the text message. For example, if you select the United States, but you have a European phone number, you will not receive the SMS message.

Choose Your Country
After clicking to connect, a pop-up will appear where you'll need to select your country.Enter Your Info
Fill in your personal details, including:Name
Email address
Phone number
Home address
Birthday
Last 4 digits of your SSN (if applicable)
Select Your Industry
Pick the industry that best describes your business.Enter Your Bank Details
Add the bank information where you want your payouts to be sent.Review & Submit
Double-check everything and click Submit when you're ready!
Verifying Your Stripe Account
Stripe Verification Process
Once your account is connected, it may take 3-7 business days for Stripe to verify your account. You'll see any funds from your first sale in Pending status during this time.Payout Timeline
After verification, payouts can take anywhere from 1-7 business days to be processed to your Account Balance.
How to Cash Out
Funds Moving to Account Balance
Once your funds are available, they’ll move from Pending to your Account Balance.Cash Out
When your balance is ready, you can click the + Payout button. It usually takes 1-3 business days for the funds to reach your bank account. Alternatively you can setup an automated schedule of payouts.
What Do "Pending" and "Account Balance" Mean?
Pending: Your funds are being processed by Stripe, but they’re on the way! Once processed, they'll move to Account Balance.
Account Balance: This is the section where your available funds are stored and ready for withdrawal.
