♾️ Do Purchased Credits Expire?
No. Purchased credits never expire. They roll over indefinitely — buy a 250-pack today, use 30 this month, and the remaining 220 are still there whenever you want them. No monthly resets, no usage-or-lose-it.
⚠️ What Happens When I Run Out?
The AI Visitor Agent pauses revealing new leads until you top up. Your hub, checkout, content delivery, and members are all unaffected — the agent just stops revealing new anonymous visitors until more credits are available.
You'll see an "Unlock more leads" button prompting you to top up whenever the balance gets low or hits zero.
🔢 Can I Buy a Custom Amount?
Yes. Click "Enter a custom amount" inside the "Get More Leads" modal and pick any number of credits. This is useful if you want something bigger than 250 or a specific quantity the presets don't cover.
Custom amounts use the 250-pack per-credit rate by default ($0.30 per credit), so the bigger the custom amount, the better your per-lead cost.
🎟️ How Do Promo Codes Work?
If you have a promo code — from a campaign, launch event, or our support team — paste it into the "Have a promo code?" field inside the Get More Leads modal (just above the confirm button). The discount applies instantly to your cart total. You'll see the reduced price before you confirm.
One code per purchase. Codes may be limited to specific credit pack sizes or have an expiry date — we'll tell you if so when we share the code.
💰 Can I Refund a Credit Pack?
Credit packs are generally non-refundable once purchased, because credits never expire and can be used at any time.
That said, if something genuinely went wrong — you were double-charged, the credits didn't land in your balance, or you bought the wrong pack by mistake — reach out via the chat widget. We handle these case by case and will always do what's fair. 🤝
🔗 Are Credits Linked to My Subscription?
Credits are a separate add-on, not bundled with your monthly subscription. This means:
Cancelling your subscription doesn't refund your unused credits (they stay with your account if you reactivate)
Upgrading or downgrading your subscription doesn't change your credit balance
You can buy credits at any time, even mid-cycle — they're added to your balance immediately
💳 What Payment Method Is Used?
Credit purchases use the same card as your monthly subscription. If you want to change the card on file, update it in Settings → Billing first — the new card will be used for your next credit purchase.
👥 Can Multiple Team Members Use the Same Credit Balance?
Yes. Credits belong to the WithMe account, not to individual users. Anyone with access to your hub's Visitor Agent can use credits from the shared balance.
📊 Where Can I See My Credit Balance?
Your current credit balance is shown on the AI Visitor Agent overview panel, and on the "Get More Leads" modal whenever you open it. If you're about to run out, you'll also see prompts in the lead list.
