Great news! Promo codes are no longer limited to subscriptions. You can now apply promo codes to all product types, including:

Courses
Digital Products
Custom Products
Memberships
Coachings

✨ What Are Promo Codes?

Promo codes are custom discount codes that give your customers a percentage off their purchase — anywhere from 5% to 100%, in increments of 5 (e.g., 5%, 10%, 15%, etc.).

You can generate as many as you like, set limits, and control how long they're valid — making them flexible for any kind of promotion!

🛠 How to Generate a Promo Code

Follow these steps to create one:

1. Go to Dashboard

2. Click on More in the Left Menu

Enable the toggle for Promo Code.

3. Click on Promo Code in the Left Menu

Once the feature is enabled, you'll see Promo Code appear in the left-hand panel.

4. Hit New Promotion Code (top right)

5. Fill Out the Promo Form

Here's what to enter:

Code Name: Must be unique, or it won't save.
Discount Percentage: Choose from 5%–100% in 5% increments.
Duration: How long the discount should last once used.
Redeem Limit (Optional): How many times the code can be used.
Expiry Date & Time: When the code becomes invalid.

6. Click Create Promotion Code

Done! Your code is now active 🎉

Note: Select “Lifetime” as the duration if you want the promotional price to apply permanently. Otherwise, once the promotion period ends, the member’s subscription will automatically revert to the regular pricing.

📤 How to Share and Use Promo Codes

You'll now see a Promo Link and the Promo Code.

Share the promo code directly — users can apply it during checkout.
Or, share the promo link — it takes users straight to your platform, applies the promo automatically, and leads them to the pay page with the discount pre-filled.

❌ How to Delete a Promo Code

Each code has a small Delete button next to it. Just click to remove the promo anytime.

✅ Best Practices

Try names like WELCOME10, JULY50, or FLASH100 to make them memorable and make sure they are unique.
Add urgency by setting an expiration date.
Promote the link via email, social media, or your site!

Note: Each coupon code must be unique. If the code you try to create has already been used, you’ll be prompted to enter a different one. You can also click the "Generate" button to automatically create a unique code for you.

Currently, promo codes are universal, meaning they can be applied to any product on your hub. We’ll soon be introducing product-specific promo codes, giving you more control over which products discounts and promotions apply to.
