β How to Create an FAQ Section on Your WithMe Hub
Want to answer your community's most common questions in one easy-to-find place? You can set up a dedicated FAQ section right inside your WithMe Hub using the Community feature! π
π How It Works
WithMe doesn't have a separate "FAQ page" builder β instead, you'll use your Hub's built-in Community feature to create a dedicated FAQ category. This works brilliantly because your members can browse questions by topic, and you can pin the most important answers so they're always visible at the top.
π οΈ Setting Up Your FAQ Category
Log in to your Creator Dashboard and click Community in the left sidebar.
Click the Add Category button near the top of the page.
Name your category something clear β for example, FAQ, Frequently Asked Questions, or HΓ€ufig gestellte Fragen if your audience speaks German! π
Save your new category.
βοΈ Adding Your FAQ Posts
Now it's time to fill your FAQ category with answers!
Navigate to Community and select your new FAQ category.
Use the option to create a new post within the category.
Use the question as your post title (e.g. "How do I reset my password?") and write the answer in the post body.
Publish the post β then, if a pin option is available, use it to keep the post at the top of the category for easy access. π
Repeat for each question you want to cover!
π‘ Tips for a Great FAQ Section
Keep each post focused on a single question β short, clear answers are easier for your members to scan than long, multi-topic posts. Here are a few ideas to get you started:

π³ Billing β "How does payment work?"
π± App basics β "Where do I find my downloads?"
A good FAQ post covers one question, gives the exact steps, and tells the member what to expect β that's the format your audience will thank you for. π
