Subscription payments are generally non-refundable once your billing period has started. The AI team add-on is different.
This add-on comes with its own refund guarantee, separate from the general subscription refund policy. If you meet the conditions below, you get your money back, even though normal subscription payments do not qualify for refunds.
✅ How to Qualify
To be eligible for the refund, you need to do all three of the following:
Assign at least 5 jobs to your AI team.
Connect one source for Margo.
Request your refund within 30 days.
If you complete all three steps, your refund request will be honoured under this guarantee.

Make sure you assign your jobs and connect a source for Margo early enough to request your refund within that 30-day window if you decide the add-on is not for you.
