🧭 Where You'll See AI Team Prompts
Dez, Sal, Margo and Otto are your AI Team. They run on shared credits. If you see Credits in Billing, you'll notice small prompts about them in a few places around WithMe. Here's where to look.
🖥️ Your Menu on Desktop
If you see Credits in Billing, your AI Team has its own row in the sidebar called Your AI Team.
Some rows in your menu can also show a small Hire tag next to their name.
📱 Your Menu on Your Phone
If you see Credits in Billing, tap AI Team in the bottom bar to find your AI Team.
💬 Chatting With Otto
You'll find Otto chat in a few places: during onboarding, on the Otto page, on the free card and in the help sheet. On desktop, your menu also shows Ask Otto.
There's no standing link to chat with a person under the Otto chat box. If Otto decides your conversation needs a person, a Chat with Cassie button appears under Otto's answer. Tap it to carry on with a person. This works the same everywhere Otto chat appears.
