The AI Team is not something you buy, so there is no AI Team payment that can fail.

Dez, Sal, Margo and Otto run on shared credits. Credits are not on for every creator yet, so you may not have them on your account.

This part applies if you see Credits in Billing. If your credits run out while an agent is answering you, a message in the chat tells you. It says your credits ran out and that the agent answered with what was already checked.

Where you see Get more in the chat, use it to get more credits.

If you get stuck, message us from the chat bubble and we will help.
