How Webinar Times Actually Work
Your webinar does not have one fixed date and time set directly on it. Instead, your webinar's available times come from your recurring weekly availability schedule. This schedule controls when people can book your webinar.
If you want to change when your webinar is available for booking, you won't find a single time slot to edit. You'll update your availability instead.
Where to Make Changes
All of your webinar timing is managed in the Availability tab. This is where you set your general weekly hours and where you adjust specific dates.
Go to the Availability tab.
Check your recurring weekly schedule to see which days and times are currently open for booking.
Update that weekly schedule anytime you want to change the general days or hours your webinar is offered.
Your weekly schedule is the foundation. Set it once, and your webinar bookings will follow it automatically.
Offering a Webinar on Only One Date
If you want your webinar available on just one specific date instead of every week, you can use date overrides in the Availability tab.
Date overrides let you remove or limit availability on the days and times you don't want, so only your chosen date stays open for booking.
Go to the Availability tab.
Use date overrides to remove or limit all the other days in your weekly schedule, so customers can only book your chosen date.
Once your weekly schedule and date overrides are set the way you want, your webinar will show only the times you've made available.
