🤖 Ask Otto Is Available to Every Creator
Once you finish your Hub Launch Checklist, the checklist is replaced by the Ask Otto card and a live stats card on your dashboard Home.
Ask Otto now shows for every creator. That includes creators on the paid plan and creators who have the AI Team. There is no separate version of Home for different creators once the checklist is done.
💬 Opening Otto's Chat
Go to Home on your dashboard.
Find the Ask Otto card below the greeting.
Tap the Ask Otto card.
The same onboarding chat dialog opens, no matter who you are or what you have set up in your Hub.
If you have the AI Team, tapping Ask Otto still opens this same chat. There is no separate destination just for AI Team creators.
💳 If You Already Have Agent Credits
If you see Credits in Billing and already have agent credits, you will still see the existing credits note when you open Otto's chat.
You can open the credits sheet from inside that same chat. You do not need to leave the chat or go to a different screen to check or manage your credits.
📋 Before the Checklist Is Finished
If your Hub Launch Checklist is not finished yet, you will see the checklist instead of the Ask Otto card. Once all of your steps are done, Ask Otto and the stats card take its place automatically.
