How to Change Your Emails

Need to Change Your Account Email? This is How!

Entered the wrong email? Made a typo? Changed your email address and so you need to change your WithMe email? It happens!

Changing your email is simple. Unfortunately, this is something that can be done from the account side of WithMe so just drop us a message using this live chat bot with the details and we'll be able to change it for you. You must include your correct email address you registered with in your message so that we are able to respond to you.

This includes the profile email address shown at Settings → Profile (used as the reply-to on your automated emails). Although the field is visible in the dashboard, it cannot be edited directly — a support agent will make this change for you manually.

A support agent will carry out the update during your chat session. Your existing password stays the same — you do not need to set a new one.

If you originally signed up via Google, use Forgotten Password with your new email address to set a password for direct login.
