If you need to update any info tied to your Stripe account—like your public details, personal info, or bank/payout details—you can do it right from your WithMe dashboard. 🙌
Here's how:
💳 What to Do If Your WithMe Subscription Payment Fails
If your WithMe subscription payment fails or your card charge bounces, you can easily restore your subscription directly from your dashboard by clicking on resubscribe or changing card details for us to be able to charge them correctly.
To re-subscribe after a failed payment:
Go to Settings
Click on Billing
Select "Resubscribe"
To update or change card details:
Go to Settings
Click on Billing
Select "View Billing Portal"
Update their payment method there
These steps allow creators to quickly regain access without needing to contact support.
💡 Best Practices - Email Address Matching
IMPORTANT: For the best and easiest Stripe acceptance, use the same email address that you've used on your WithMe hub as your Stripe connected email address. This ensures seamless integration and faster account approval.
🔧 Steps to Access Your Stripe Account
Log into your WithMe account.
Click Payouts in the left menu.
Navigate to the edit payouts tab at the top.
Once you click "Manage Account," a secure Stripe window will pop up asking you to verify your identity. After logging in, you can:
Edit your public-facing business info
Update personal details
Scroll to Payout Accounts and click the ✏️ pencil icon to change or update your bank account details
⏰ Account Review Process - What to Expect
Please Note: It can take up to 24 hours for Stripe to review your account, which means you might still see a yellow banner notification during this time. However, your account will be able to be used while the review is in place. Don't worry if you see notifications - your payouts will still process normally!
