This helps ensure everything looks and feels perfect for your audience before you go live.
📲 How to Preview Your Platform Like a Customer
You can preview your platform as a Non-Member, Member, or someone on the Waitlist — all from your dashboard.
1️⃣ Go to your WithMe Dashboard
Head to www.withme.so and log in to your creator account.
2️⃣ Click Your Platform Link (Top Right)
On your dashboard, you’ll see your platform link in the top right corner — click it to open the preview in a new tab.
3️⃣ Use the View Mode Dropdown (Top Right in Preview)
Once the preview tab opens, look to the top-right corner. There’s a dropdown that lets you toggle between:
Non-Member View
Member View
Waitlist View
👥 Non-Member View
Select Non-Member to see what your platform looks like to users who haven't subscribed.

PDF Content: Thumbnail is visible with locked button, but the actual content is locked.
Video Content: Shows a short preview with a "Locked" tag and an “Upgrade to Access” prompt.

✅ Member View
Switch to Member view to experience the platform as a paying subscriber.
All content appears unlocked and fully accessible — just like it will for real members.
This is what your members will see when exploring your platform with a membership.
🕓 Waitlist View
This is perfect for creators who are still setting things up but want to start building buzz.
Click Waitlist in the dropdown to see what users see before you launch:
Visitors will only see a “Join Waitlist” button — no content will be visible.
You can still organize, post, and build your platform behind the scenes.
📌 Note:
People who join your waitlist will appear under your Customers tab. Once you hit publish, they’ll automatically get notified and receive a 20% early bird discount.
This gives you a solid head start — so keep promoting your platform even before launching!
Confirmation Email
Additionally, your customer can access your course from the automatic confirmation email sent immediately after their purchase.
💡 Pro Tip:
