What Your Customer Will Receive From You
If your customer purchased a product from you, they will receive 2 emails:
A product confirmation email with the actual product link inside of it along with app links they can download to consume the content inside the WithMe App.

🚨 Please note:
Customers will not receive Stripe receipts for Recurring Membership charges. They will only receive a receipt for the first initial payment.
Subscription Enrollment Emails
If your customer purchased a Recurring Membership or subscription Product they will receive the following email:
As a creator, you can preview this email directly from your WithMe dashboard. Here’s how:
Go to My Platform.
Click the small arrow next to the Subscription tab.
Select any tier and click Edit.
From the top menu, select Options.
Click on Member Email Confirmation.
This will expand the email template so you can see exactly what your members receive. Please note that at the moment, this template cannot be edited.
Community Post Emails
If you post in your community your members will receive the following email:
As a creator, you can preview this email from your WithMe dashboard:
Go to My Platform.
Click the small arrow next to the Community tab.
Select any tier and click Edit.
From the top menu, select Options.
Click Member Email Confirmation to expand the email template.
This will show you exactly what your members receive. Please note that this template cannot be edited at the moment.
Course Enrollment Emails
When a customer enrolls in a Course Product, they automatically receive a welcome email with their access details.
To preview this email from your WithMe dashboard:
Go to My Platform.
Locate the Course tab and click the small arrow on the right end of the tab.
Select a course and click Edit.
From the top menu, select Options.
Click Welcome Email to expand the template.
This will display the exact email your members receive when they enroll. At this time, the template is view-only and cannot be edited.
