Affiliates earn commissions by promoting creators' content. To receive these commissions, affiliates must connect a payment processor, such as Stripe or PayPal.​

πŸ”— Connecting Payment Processors

Affiliates can link their payment processors by following these steps:​

  1. Access Settings: Navigate to the Settings section of your WithMe account.​

  2. Select Payments: Click on the Payments tab.​

  3. Connect Payment Processor: Choose to connect either a Stripe Standard Account or a PayPal Business Account.​

⏱️ Payout Timeline

Affiliates can request payouts after a 7-business-day holding period. This waiting period allows creators to process any necessary refunds before funds are disbursed. Once the holding period concludes, payouts are processed and typically take an additional 12 hours to 5 business days to reach the affiliate's account, depending on the payment processor and the affiliate's location.​

πŸ”„ Refunds and Commission Impact

Refunds are managed by the original creator of the affiliate product. If a refund is issued within the 7-day holding period, the affiliate will not receive their commission for that sale. Refunds processed after the holding period are handled by WithMe support, and the affiliate retains their commission.​

Affiliates can monitor their earnings and payout history through the Income tab in their WithMe dashboard. It's important to note that if an affiliate has connected their Stripe account to multiple platforms, the displayed balance may not reflect the actual funds available. In such cases, affiliates should refer to their Stripe dashboard for accurate information.​
