📁 How to Create Category Threads
Use categories to organize posts into sections like:
👋 Introductions & Instructions
📢 Announcements
❓ Q&A
🎉 Upcoming Events
To create categories:
Go to My Hub → Community.
Select the community to organize (if you have multiple active on your hub, choose from the top-left dropdown).
In the Create a Community Post section, look for the Category dropdown.
Click the dropdown next to All Categories → + New Category.
Enter a short, descriptive name (max 30 characters).
Create as many as you want.
When posting, select the category — your post will appear under both All and that category.
This keeps your community neat and easy to navigate.
Creating threads helps your Community feel more curated, easy to navigate, and welcoming to new members.
