🗂️ How to Organize Your Resources in WithMe Community
Got a growing list of PDFs, templates, videos, or guides in your Community? Don’t worry—we’ve made it easy to keep your WithMe Resources tab clean, organized, and user-friendly. ✅
You can now reorder resources and group them into folders so your members can find what they need faster.
🔀 How to Reorder Resources
Go to your Community
Click on the Resources tab
Click and hold the resource you want to move
Drag it over the one you'd like it to switch places with
Hold for about one second until they switch!
This is great for putting your most important or newest content at the top.
📁 How to Create Folders
Navigate to your Resources tab
Quickly drag one resource over another and let go fast (less than one second!)
If you hold too long, it’ll just reorder the items instead of creating a folder
Once you drop it quickly, WithMe will automatically create a new folder with both resources grouped inside.
➕ Add More Resources to a Folder
Just drag and drop any resource over the folder and release quickly
That’s it—it’ll be added instantly
🧹 How to Remove a Resource from a Folder
Click into the folder
Tap the three dots next to the resource you want to remove
Select “Ungroup”
The resource will go back to the main Resources list, outside the folder.
