🎯 Goal: Create a Custom Product on WithMe
Want to monetize your advice, insights, or creative feedback? With WithMe's Custom Product, you can offer paid responses—whether it's a video reply, written analysis, or strategy feedback.
🪄 Flow: Step-by-Step Instructions
1️⃣ Go to "My Hub"
From the left-hand menu, click on "My Hub" to access all your existing products and create new ones.
2️⃣ Click "Custom Product"
Select "Custom Product" to begin setting up a product that charges per message.
3️⃣ Put front end details for the product listing on your Hub.
Enter Name, thumbnail and button text for the product.

4️⃣ Build your Landing Page
Add Landing page media (upto 10 images or videos) and add a product description (upto 5000 characters)
✍️ This helps explain the product to potential purchasers
5️⃣ Set Price
Choose whether this product is free, bundled, one-time paid, a recurring subscription, or offered with dual pricing.
One-time: Buyers pay once per purchase.
Subscription: Buyers pay on a recurring basis for ongoing access. You can also configure how many messages are included per billing cycle.
Dual pricing: Offer both one-time and subscription options on the same product, and let buyers choose the option that suits them best.
You can also set the number of messages included per purchase so buyers know exactly what they're getting.
⚠️ Price options not appearing at checkout? If buyers do not see a choice between payment options, the likely cause is a deprecated store theme. Go to Edit Design, select any current theme, and hit Save. This resolves the issue without changing any other product settings.
6️⃣ Set-up optionals settings
Configure any optional settings as needed. Some are as follows:
Included Products: Add any products you'd like to bundle with this purchase
Affiliate Share: Set a percentage commission for affiliates so they can promote and earn from selling your product
Application Form: Turn on an application step before checkout and add your own custom questions to screen applicants. If a buyer doesn't already have a WithMe account, they can create one inline during checkout, so applying and signing up happen in one step.
7️⃣ Publish the Paid DMs on your hub or Draft it for later
Make your product live on your hub or keep it in draft to publish later when ready
📝 Note on Paid Direct Messages
Members are not limited to just text when using Paid Direct Messages. They can respond using a variety of media formats, including:
Text
Audio
Images
Videos
PDFs
Sheets or Drive documents
There are no restrictions on how members choose to communicate, allowing for a more flexible and interactive experience.
🔄 Subscriptions: How Buyers Manage Their Plan
If you offer a subscription (or dual pricing) on your Custom Product, subscribers can manage their own plan directly from their account — including viewing their active subscription and cancelling it at any time. Once cancelled, the subscription will not renew at the next billing cycle, and message access ends in line with the plan terms.
