📧 Not Receiving Confirmation Emails for Your Lead Magnet?
If your audience isn’t getting the confirmation email after signing up for your Collect Emails / Applications product (aka your Lead Magnet), it’s likely because there’s no file or link attached to the product.
👉 WithMe only sends the confirmation email if a file or URL is added to the product. This helps ensure your audience gets something in return!
✅ How to Check If a File or Link Is Attached
Head to the My Store tab in your WithMe dashboard.
Click on the Collect Emails / Applications product you’re troubleshooting.
Go to the Product page.
If it’s blank, it means there’s no file or link added yet.
📎 How to Upload a File
On the Product page, make sure Upload File is selected.
Click the Upload button and choose your file(s).
Wait for the green ✅ checkmark to confirm it’s uploaded.
Click Save as Draft or Publish to save your changes.
🔗 How to Add a URL Instead
On the Product page, click Redirect to URL.
Paste your link (make sure it starts with
http://orhttps://).Add a short name for your link—this is what your audience will see.
Click Save as Draft or Publish.
