📬 What's In The Delivery Email
When someone buys a digital product or signs up for a lead magnet, WithMe sends them a delivery email with a Download PDF (or download) button and a picture of the product.
⬇️ Downloading The File
Tapping Download PDF (or the download button) opens the file directly.
🖼️ The Product Picture
The picture shown in the email uses your product's Cover Image if you set one.
If there's no Cover Image, it tries an auto-generated thumbnail instead.
If there's no thumbnail either, it falls back to your sales image.
If none of these exist, the email simply shows no picture. It never shows a broken image.
✉️ Replying To The Email
If a buyer or subscriber replies to the delivery email, the reply reaches you, not WithMe support.
If you've set a verified sending domain reply-to address, replies go there. Otherwise, they go to your account email.
The footer of the email says: Questions? Reply to this email to reach {creator}.
🔗 If A Download Link Doesn't Work
For a paid digital product, if the download link has expired or the buyer no longer has access, clicking it takes them to the order or checkout page for that product instead of an error.
For a free lead magnet, if the link has expired, or it's opened by someone other than the original recipient, it takes them to your hub instead of an error page.
If a link has been tampered with or is invalid, the person sees an invalid-link error.
If you get stuck, message us from the chat bubble and we will help.
