How to Change Your Currency in WithMe
Using Currencies Other Than USD
Currently, WithMe allows you to set your product pricing in multiple currencies including USD, AUD, CAD, EUR, GBP, SEK, PLN, HKD, SGD, and NZD. However, you can still accept payments from customers in any country as long as they use a valid credit or debit card.
Please note that international transactions may incur an additional fee through Stripe’s payment processing system. For more details, visit Stripe.
To Change Your Currency in WithMe:
Go to Settings:
Start by navigating to your Settings.Select Payment/Currency Settings:
Under the Payment/Currency Settings tab, ensure your Stripe account is connected. You’ll need to have Stripe set up before you can change your store currency.Select Your Currency:
Once your Stripe account is connected, you’ll be able to choose the currency you want for your WithMe store. Simply select the desired currency from the dropdown menu and click Update.Your Store Currency Will Update:
Your WithMe store will automatically switch to the new currency you’ve selected.
Important Notes:
Manual Pricing Adjustment:
Any digital products or offers you’ve previously added won’t automatically update to reflect the new currency. Be sure to manually adjust the pricing of each item in your store.Past Transactions:
All past transactions will continue to display in the currency in which they were originally sold.Stripe Requirement:
You can only change your currency if Stripe is connected to your account. If you’re only using PayPal, changing the currency won’t be possible through that platform.
