What Emails Will My Customers Get from WithMe?

Whenever a customer purchases a product through your WithMe store, they’ll receive a few key emails—so they’re never left wondering what comes next.


📬 Here’s What They’ll Receive:

  1. A confirmation email from WithMe that includes access to the product (like a file, link, or video—whatever you’ve attached).

  2. A receipt email from Stripe for the transaction (unless it's a recurring charge—more on that below 👇).


🚨 Important Notes:

  • Customers only receive a Stripe receipt for their first payment on recurring memberships (not for each recurring charge).

  • If they bought multiple products through an upsell funnel, they’ll receive a separate confirmation email for each product.

  • The type of confirmation email they receive depends on the product purchased.


🧾 Breakdown by Product Type:

  • Digital Download or Application/Email Collection Products
    → They’ll get a confirmation email with the attached file or link.

  • Personalized Video Response
    → Two emails:

    • One right after purchase

    • Another after you upload their completed video

  • Calendar Booking (Book Time)
    → They’ll get a confirmation email with all the booking details.

  • Recurring Membership
    → They’ll receive a welcome/confirmation email after the first payment (plus access info), but not for future charges.
