⚠️ Customizing these templates is possible now, you’ll need to upgrade to the WithMe Hub Plus plan. Customization is optional—your default emails will still work perfectly without it.
🔍 How to View the Emails
Want to take a peek at the emails we’ve got running for you? Here’s how to check:
Log in to withme.so using your creator account.
On the left-hand menu, scroll to the bottom and click on More.
Toggle on Email Marketing to add it to your main dashboard menu. This will enable the Email Marketing tab in the left-hand menu for easier access.
Click Email Marketing in the left-hand menu to view all the emails.
You can view all the emails we do on your behalf, including what they are and when they’re triggered.
💌 Want to Send Custom Email Campaigns?
Great news — WithMe now includes a full email marketing suite! 🎉
This means you can send broadcasts, newsletters, and custom campaigns directly from your dashboard — no extra platforms, no juggling tools, no exporting CSVs.
This feature was built because hundreds of creators specifically requested it.
We listened — and added it as an optional upgrade, not a requirement.
🛠️ Clarifying “Emails” at WithMe
When we said “automated emails,” it always referred to system emails (purchase confirmations, login emails, onboarding, etc.).
These remain included for everyone on the Base Plan.
The email marketing suite did not exist before — it was added recently as an extra tool for creators who want to scale without using third-party platforms.
🤔 Do You Have to Upgrade?
No.
If you don’t need advanced email marketing or custom templates, your $29/month plan already includes everything you signed up for — unlimited products, members, sales pages, and all system automations.
The Plus plan is simply for creators who want a full email tool built into their hub.
