How Do I Resend a Course Login to My Customer on WithMe?
If your customer needs their course login details again, here's how you can resend the course link to them:
Steps to Resend the Course Login:
Go to the Customers tab in your WithMe dashboard.
Locate the customer's name or email address in the list, and click on their profile.
Under the Product/Subscription section, find the course they purchased and click the three dots next to it.
Select Send Course Link to resend the login email with the course link or choose Copy Course Link if you'd like to send the link directly to the customer.
Alternative Steps:
You can also go to the Income tab and find the transaction related to your customer’s course purchase.
Click on the course purchase, and from the dropdown, select Send Course Link to resend the course link email.
What if My Customer’s Email Address is Incorrect?
No worries, you can easily fix this!
Go to the Customers tab and click on the customer's profile.
Click the three dots on the top right of their profile and select Edit Customer.
Update the email address, then hit Save.
After that, just follow the steps above to resend the course login details to the updated email!
