How to Resend a Custom Product to Your Customer on WithMe

Need to resend a custom product to your customer? No problem—WithMe makes it simple! Here’s how to do it depending on your situation:

✅ Option 1: You Want to Send a New Version of the Product

If you’ve already fulfilled a Custom Product and want to resend it (maybe with updates or edits):

  1. Go to the Income tab

  2. Select your customer’s name

  3. Click "Unfulfill Order"

  4. You’ll be prompted to re-upload the updated product

  5. Once uploaded, you can fulfill it again—your customer will receive the new version!


✉️ Option 2: The Customer Didn’t Receive the Product Email

If your customer didn’t receive their product (e.g. due to a typo in their email), here’s how to resend it:

  1. Head to the Customers tab

  2. Find and select the customer

  3. Click on the product they purchased

  4. In the top-right, click "Update Delivery"

  5. Enter the correct email and click "Resend"

That’s it—they’ll get the product right in their inbox! 🎉
