Can I Send My Customer's Course Login to a Different Email Address?

Absolutely! If your customer wants to use a different email address—or if there was a typo during signup—you can easily update it and resend their course access.


Here’s How to Update Their Email:

  1. Go to your Customers tab in your WithMe dashboard

  2. Find and click on the customer's name

  3. Click the three dots (...) in the top right corner

  4. Select Edit Customer

  5. Update the email address and click Save

Once you've updated their email, you can resend the course login link by navigating to the My Store tab or the Income tab and following the resend steps.
