Age Requirement to Use WithMe

To start accepting payments on WithMe, you’ll need to be at least 18 years old. While WithMe itself doesn't monitor this, our payment processors — Stripe and PayPal — have age restrictions in place when setting up accounts with them.

WithMe uses Stripe Custom Connect, which has a minimum age requirement of 18. If your birthdate is under 18, Stripe will show an error message and you won’t be able to complete the sign-up process until your age meets the requirement.

If you're using PayPal, you must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your country/region) to open a PayPal account and accept payments. You also need to be a resident of a country listed on the PayPal Worldwide page.

For business accounts, your business must be registered in a country where PayPal operates.
